Internet access and a valid email account. SFI has the right to verify
the eligibility of each entrant. SFI employees and members of employees’
immediate family are not eligible to participate.

July 1st, 2016 through July 31, 2016
HOW TO ENTER
Enter from the WIN IT tab at the SFI Affiliate Center. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Some restrictions may apply.
WINNER SELECTION
The winners of the UNSTOPPABLE
contest are the entrants with the top 50 most new (first-time) EA2 PSAs
generated during the contest period. In case of ties, the affiliate
with the most total VP for the month is the winner. If necessary, the
second tiebreaker will be the affiliate with the least number of PSAs
who are NOT EA2. All winners will be named on the UNSTOPPABLE
Leaderboard at the Affiliate Center upon finalization of results for
each contest period (on or about the 15th of the month following contest
month). Prizes will then be automatically awarded to the affiliate’s
SFI account. Upon request, the potential winner may be required to
return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form
and IRS W-9 form. If a potential winner fails to comply with these
official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified.
PRIZES
All contestants placing in the top
50 will receive cash and/or a signing bonus and/or a t-shirt and/or
TCredits. See prize list above. Terms and conditions may apply.
Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not
specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which
may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or
any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the
respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED
WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
WINNER.

Prize is non-transferable. No

administration of the contest, including, but not limited to, errors in
any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and
announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any
attempt to damage the content or operation of this contest is unlawful
and subject to possible legal action by SFI. SFI reserves the right, at
its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole
discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of
the game or the Website; to be in violation of the Affiliate Agreement;
to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; to be acting in a
unethical or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten
or harass any other person, as determined by SFI at its sole
discretion. SFI reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the
contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without
limitation, if SFI determines that the contest cannot be conducted as
planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention,
technical failure or other cause beyond SFI’s control corrupt the

contest. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may
have occurred, SFI reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue.
